By using the chargEVect app (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The App is developed and operated by VIA BOCA LLC.

The App provides tools for planning electric vehicle routes, finding charging stations, estimating charging stops, and estimating trip cost. Charging station data, pricing, and status information are compiled from third-party sources such as OpenChargeMap and ChargeIntel.eu, as well as reports voluntarily submitted by the community of users.

Charging station availability, pricing, power levels, and connector types can change in real time and, since they come from third-party sources, may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. The App does not guarantee that a suggested route or charging plan will be practically achievable; you are responsible for verifying real conditions before and during your drive.

The App is a trip-planning aid, not a substitute for a professional navigation or safety device. You are solely responsible for operating your vehicle safely and in compliance with applicable traffic laws.

User-submitted content, such as station status reports (available/occupied/broken), may be published without verification. If you notice an inaccurate or malicious report, you can report it to us; we reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

Certain features (“Pro”) require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are purchased and renewed through the Apple App Store / Google Play; billing, cancellation, and refund terms are governed by the respective store’s own policies.

The App is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, an inaccurate route or charging plan, or errors in third-party data sources.

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be announced within the App.
